Every month, I have 2 good weeks and 2 bad weeks. I'm in the middle of a bad week. I can't fall asleep and then I want to sleep for hours. I don't want to leave my apartment.

I'm getting the bizarre urge to write and write and write. Is it true that if you don't use it...you'll lose it? I need more practice than writing a cover letter. I have a need to write. I used to love writing. I think I need to go back to it.

It's like an itch I have to scratch.
